Traditional Art / Drawings / Fantasy

this is my entry to

's weekly contest: December. the theme was humanoid fish

the idea I had was to draw 2 fish just coming back from the body ink shop, while swimming the squid (translation: 2 people just coming back from the body paint shop, while walking the dog

)
so yeah the idea was, these fish-people paint their clothes on themselves

the bag the guy is carrying with him says The Body Ink Shop

and I tried to distinguish male from female by having the upper tail fin of females larger than their lower tail fin, as opposed to the male's tail fins which are equally long. don't know if I made much sense here but yeah

I hope I made it in time for the deadline of the contest!
